Meet our Founder and CEO, Dr. Antonio Burt. As a lifelong educator and mentor, Dr. Burt has a proven track record of being an exceptional leader dedicated to developing transformational practices at schools to help children succeed. Driven by his own experiences, Dr. Burt’s passion lies in helping executives in education create positive and empowering learning environments that would enable every child to thrive.
Dr. Burt earned national acclaim during his time as a Memphis school leader, which resulted in two city schools becoming examples of what excellence looks like in public schools. One of those schools, Ford Road Elementary, was named a “Reward School” (performing in the top 5%) by the state of Tennessee after having been performing in the bottom 5% of all schools in the state. Ford Road achieved this honor for two consecutive years (2012-2014).
One of Dr. Burt's key principles is the recognition that education extends far beyond the confines of traditional classrooms.
